摘要
随着电子商务的快速发展,跨境电商打破了传统意义上的空间局限,逐步成为重要的贸易方式,跨境物流业务也在这一突破中得以发展。随着我国“一带一路”倡议的提出,为国际间贸易合作开辟了全新渠道,大幅提升了跨境贸易的规模与质量,但同时也给跨境物流提出了更大挑战,跨境物流对跨境物流法制环境适应性不足,法制发展失衡的矛盾较为突出,面对“一带一路”背景下的多元化跨境物流需求,完善行业法制已然成为必然选择。鉴于此,文中以“一带一路”为背景,阐述了跨境物流及其法制特点,并结合实际寻求相应的优化策略,从而为“一带一路”建设推进提供积极支撑。
with the rapid development of e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce has broken the space limitation in the traditional sense and gradually become an important mode of trade.Cross-border logistics business has been developed in this breakthrough.Initiative of all the way along with our country“area”,opened up a new channel for international trade cooperation,improved the scale and quality of cross-border trade,but also presents a greater challenge,cross-border logistics cross-border logistics on cross-border legal environment adaptability is insufficient,the contradiction of unbalanced development of legal system is more outstanding,in the face of all the way“area”under the background of the diversification of cross-border logistics demand,improve the industry legal system has become the inevitable choice.In view of this,this paper takes“the Belt and Road”as the background,expounds the characteristics of cross-border logistics and its legal system,and seeks corresponding optimization strategies in combination with the actual situation,so as to provide positive support for the promotion of“the Belt and Road”initiative.
