摘要
利用通用分析软件ABAQUS,应用“生死单元”技术,模拟了基坑开挖、填埋过程对Φ1620 mm×20 mm大直径埋地管线应力应变的影响。通过对不同埋深管体应力应变的有限元分析,得出施加内压2.5 MPa,埋深8 m时,管体受到的等效应力最大(130 MPa),未超过材料的屈服强度,管体并未发生塑性变形,管体横向最大位移为2.47 mm。通过理论计算校核,埋深8 m时,管体水平方面最大变形量为12.5 mm,远小于标准规定的48.6 mm,管体径向稳定性可靠。
Using the general analysis software ABAQUS,birth-death is applied and to the excavation,the influence of excavation and landfill on the stress-strain ofΦ1620 mm×20 mm large diameter buried pipeline is simulated.Through the finite element analysis of the stress-strain of the different buried depth pipes,it is concluded that when the internal pressure is 2.5 MPa and the buried depth is 8 m,the equivalent stress of the pipe body is the maximum(130 MPa),which does not exceed the yield strength of the material,and the plastic deformation of the pipe body does not occur.The maximum lateral displacement of the pipe body is 2.47 mm.Through theoretical calculation and check,when the buried depth is 8 m,the maximum horizontal deformation of the pipe body is 12.5 mm,far less than the standard of 48.6 mm.The radial stability of the pipe body is reliable.
