摘要
目的:观察普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍的效果。方法:临床病例对照研究。2017年5月至2017年6月滑县人民医院眼科睑板腺功能障碍42例(62眼),随机分为两组。人工泪液组21例(31眼),以人工泪液滴眼4次/d;普拉洛芬滴眼液组21例(31眼),以普拉洛芬滴眼液滴眼3次/d,治疗1个月后观察效果。结果:人工泪液组患者泪膜破裂时间较治疗前改善(t=2.211,P=0.033)。普拉洛芬组患者眼部症状、泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光素染色检查结果均较治疗前改善(t=2.102,2.401,2.385;P=0.046,0.018,0.022)。两组角膜染色对比差异无统计学意义。结论:非甾体抗炎滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍患者有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of Meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods Clinical case-control study.Total of 62 eyes of 42 cases with Meibomian gland dysfunction in Huaxian People’s Hospital from May 2017 to Jun.2017 were randomly divided into two groups.There were 31 eyes of 21 cases in artificial tears group and 31 eyes of 21 cases in the pranoprofen eye drops group.The two groups were treated with artificial tears(4 times a day)or pranoprofen eye drops(3 times a day)for 1 month,respectively.The efficacy was observed at 1 month after treatment.Results The tear break-up time in the artificial tear group was ameliorated compared with that before treatment(t=2.211,P=0.033).The ocular symptoms,break-up time and corneal fluorescein staining in the pranoprofen group were significantly ameliorated compared with those before treatment(t=2.102,2.401,2.385,P=0.046,0.018,0.022).The difference of corneal fluorescein staining was not statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory eye drops therapy is effective for patients with Meibomian gland dysfunction.
