睑板腺功能障碍患者的中央角膜厚度研究 被引量:3

Study on central corneal thickness in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction

摘要 目的研究睑板腺功能障碍患者的中央角膜厚度变化,探讨两者之间的关系以更好指导眼科临床。方法将48例睑板腺功能障碍患者的96只眼作为研究组[平均(32.56±8.40)岁],50名无任何眼表疾病的健康人的100眼作为对照组[平均(31.25±7.40)岁],分别用光学相干断层扫描仪、角膜地形图、A超角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度。结果光学相干断层扫描仪测定CCT:MGD研究组平均值为(522.45±34.85)μm,对照组平均值为(520.23±34.33)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);角膜地形图测定CCT:MGD研究组平均值为(535.45±35.65)μm,对照组平均值为(536.93±35.13)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A超角膜测厚仪测定CCT:MGD研究组平均值为(534.44±35.64)μm,对照组平均值为(535.11±35.81)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论睑板腺功能障碍患者的中央角膜厚度与正常健康组之间比较没有差异,两者之间的关系有待于进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the changes of central corneal thickness (CCT) in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD) and evaluate the relationship between the CCT and MGD so as to guide the clinical diagnosis. Meth- otis 96 eyes of 48 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction ( mean age,32.56 ± 8.4 years) were enrolled in the study group, while 100 eyes of 50 healthy individuals (mean age, 31.25 ± 7.4 years) without any ophthalmic or systemic pathol- ogy were as the control group. The central corneal thickness was measured with optical coherence tomography, corneal to- pography and ultrasonic pachymetry. Results The mean central corneal thickness measured with optical coherence tomo- graphy was (522.45 ± 34.85 ) μm in the meibomian gland dysfunction group and (544.30 ± 22.16) μm in the control group, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ) ;The mean central corneal thick- ness measured with corneal topography was (535.45 ± 35.65 ) μm in the meibomian gland dysfunction group and (536.93 ± 35.13 ) μm in the control group, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The mean central corneal thickness measured with ultrasonic pachymetry was (534.44 ± 35.64) μm in the mei- bomian gland dysfunction group and (535. 11 ± 35.81 ) μm in the control group, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the CCT between normal subjects and the patients with MGD, and their relationship needs further study.
