摘要
随着深水油气田不断开发,水下防喷器在深水钻井工程中被广泛应用。由于钻井水深不断增加,防喷器的压力等级也不断提高,对其承压部件的分析要求也在不断变化。防喷器内部结构复杂,其承压部件的形状和结构与压力容器区别很大,另外其装配和正常工作时受力情况也较为复杂,对承压部件进行应力分析既能保证设备安全运行,又能为优化设计提供依据。依据API和ASME相关标准并结合实际经验,对常用的应力分析方法在防喷器设计过程中的应用进行了探讨。
With the development of deep-water oil and gas fields,underwater blowout preventer was widely used in deep-water drilling engineering.As the drilling water depth continued to increase,the pressure rating of the blowout preventer also continued to increase,and the analysis method requirements for its pressure-bearing components were constantly changing.The internal structure of the blowout preventer was complicated.The shape and structure of its pressure-bearing parts were very different from those of the pressure vessel.In addition,its assembly and stress during normal work were also complicated.The stress analysis of pressure-bearing components could not only ensure the safe operation of the equipment,but also provide a basis for optimal design.According to the relevant standards of API and ASME and combined with practical experience,the application of common stress analysis methods in the design of blowout preventers was discussed.
