AHV-Ⅳ364可控震源辅助泵低压保护改进的探讨

摘要 AHV-Ⅳ364可控震源在野外实际生产中,两个P7振动泵在震源扫描振动时,如果振动系统由于低压压力过低而造成振动泵吸空,此时的低压保护系统只能保护辅助振动泵,而无法保护主振动泵。针对此问题,本文通过分析原AHV-Ⅳ364可控震源振动低压保护的设计弊端及缺陷,提出了整改方案,实现了两个振动泵在振动低压异常时一起得到保护,降低振动泵及过流液压件的损坏率。 WhenAHV-Ⅳ364 vibrator is used in the field, the vibration system composed of two P7 pumps has too low pressure. When the vibration pump cavitates, the low pressure protection system can only protect the auxiliary vibration pump, but cannot protect the main vibration pump.In response to this problem, this paper proposes a regulating solution by analyzing the designdefects of the AHV-Ⅳ364 vibratorlowpressure protection system. So that achieving the two vibration pumpscan be protected simultaneously when the lowpressure system abnormality,toreduce the damage rate of the vibration pump and over-current hydraulic parts.
