摘要
教育部关于学科专业结构的调整和两万门一流本科课程与本科专业的建设是对"一流大学一流学科"建设理念的进一步完善。学科是以知识为中心,专业是以问题为导向。课程作为专业的具体内涵,随着专业结构的调整必须进行重组,这种重组是专业外部条件和内部条件变化的要求。课程重组是两万门一流本科课程建设的方向和指南。把课程建设定义为教学方法的提高如现代教育技术的运用或线上课程的建设是对两万门一流本科课程建设的最大误解。课程重组是对课程设置门类和课程教学内容等的调整。因此,课程建设和重组首先是决策者的事情,只有改变以学科建设和评估为中心的理念,把高校的工作重心从学科建设转移到课程建设,两万门课程建设才不会走过场。
The MOE tries to overcome the adverse effects of "Double First Class Constructions"by proposing the readjustment of disciplinary majors and the construction of first-class undergraduate courses as there is increasing awareness that majors should be problems-oriented though disciplines are knowledge-driven.The courses-the components of a particular major,have to be reconstructed when its external and internal changes have taken place.It is generally misinterpreted that the prerequisite for first-class courses is using modern technology,especially equipped with their online courses.We believe that it is the reconstruction that should guide the construction of first-class undergraduate courses.Course construction is,first thing first,to reconstruct the major’s curriculum and its content instead of pedagogics,the task beyond the individual teachers.The policy-makers of different levels should be responsible for the curriculum reconstruction.But only by changing the discipline-centered conception is it possible to shift the tertiary focus from discipline construction to course construction.The aim of the construction of first-class undergraduate courses therefore could be accomplished.
