摘要
量化配电网运行状态不确定性的研究主要基于场景分析方法,通过对大量场景下的配电网潮流计算来评估节点电压的随机性,因此存在计算负担重、工程上应用困难的不足。本文提出基于辐射状配电网概率电压灵敏度的光伏选址解析评估方法。首先通过数学推导得到辐射状配电网络不同位置处节点电压波动量幅度与网络拓扑以及光伏注入功率的关系,在此基础上利用概率论得出节点电压波动量概率分布的解析参数,并据此对光伏接入后配电网关键节点处电压波动量概率分布进行评估。对IEEE14节点系统进行算例分析,并与蒙特卡罗法进行对比,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
Most studies on quantifying the uncertainty in distribution network operation states are based on the scenario analysis method,which evaluates the randomness of node voltage by calculating the power flow in a large number of scenarios. Therefore,there are some shortcomings,such as heavy computational burden and difficulty in engineering applications. In this paper,an analytical evaluation method for photovoltaic(PV)siting is presented based on the probabilistic voltage sensitivity of a radial distribution network. First,the relations between node voltage fluctuation amplitude and network topology and PV injection power at different locations of the radial distribution network are deduced mathematically. On this basis,the analytic parameters of node voltage fluctuation probability distribution are obtained using the probability theory,and the probability distribution of voltage fluctuation at the key nodes of distribution network after PV access is evaluated accordingly. An example of IEEE 14-bus system is analyzed,and the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are verified in comparison with the Monte Carlo method.
