摘要 介绍了中国石油大学(北京)开发的新型密相气固流化床内构件——Crosser格栅的工作原理及其在改善流化床气固接触效果和抑制颗粒返混方面的效果,重点介绍了Crosser格栅作为内构件在催化裂化再生器和汽提器中的应用情况。工业装置中的成功应用结果表明,Crosser格栅可以显著强化流化床内的流化质量,还可以有效抑制颗粒的轴向返混,最终可以有效提升现有催化裂化装置再生器和汽提器的性能。最后,分析了Crosser格栅在甲醇制烯烃装置应用的可能性及其对反应器产品分布和再生器烧焦效果的改善作用。 The industrial applications of Crosser grids,a new type of internals for dense gas-solids fluidized bed reactors developed by China University of Petroleum(Beijing)were reviewed.The design principle of the Crosser grid and its effects on improving gas-solids contact and suppressing solids backmixing were described.The emphasis was on its industrial applications in the regenerators and strippers of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)units in petroleum refineries.These successful applications proved the effectiveness of the Crosser grid on promoting the performances of both FCC regenerators and strippers due to its effective improvements on bed fluidization and suppression on axial solid backmixing.Finally,the application possibility of Crosser grid in MTO plant and the effect on product distribution and regenerator charing effect were analyzed and discussed.
