摘要
21世纪以来,社区在中国现代化治理体系中占有越来越重要的地位。在重大疫情发生时,作为疫情防控的基层单位,社区成为疫情防控中的一线组织,在预防、控制、减损、止损及救助方面发挥其他治理主体不可替代的作用。学界对疫情及其社区防控给予越来越多的关注,并取得一定的研究成果。学者们对社区在疫情防控中的作用、采取的措施、存在的问题进行了学理分析,但研究内容存在着局限性,有进一步拓展的空间和深入的领域需要未来的研究加以完善。
Community plays an increasingly important role in China’s modern governance system since 21th century.After the occurrence of a major epidemic,the community,as the primary unit for the prevention and control of the epidemic,becomes the front-line organization for the prevention and control of the epidemic,playing an irreplaceable role in the prevention,control,loss reduction,stop loss and relief of other governance bodies.The academic community has paid more and more attention to the epidemic and its community prevention and control,and has obtained a certain number of research results.Scholars have made a theoretical analysis and discussion on the community’s role in epidemic prevention and control,the measures and the existing problems.However,there are some limitations in the research results,and there is room for further development and research,which should be improved in the future.
