摘要
目的检测涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)中CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67和vimentin的表达,探讨CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67和vimentin在SACC发生、发展中的作用及其与淋巴结转移和神经侵袭的关系。方法利用免疫组化SP法检测39例SACC和10例癌旁正常涎腺组织中CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67和vimentin的表达,并分析两者中CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67和vimentin的表达差异及与病理指标、淋巴结转移和神经侵犯的关系。结果与癌旁涎腺组织相比,CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67和vimentin在SACC中的表达明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67、vimentin的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤发生部位、肿瘤浸润深度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67的表达与肿瘤大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),vimentin的表达与肿瘤大小差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。Ki-67的表达与低分化组和中+高分化组差异无统计学意义,CXCR1、N-cadherin和vimentin的表达与低分化组和中+高分化组差异有统计学意义(P=0.017,P=0.002,P=0.011)。CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67、vimentin表达与有无淋巴结转移,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。N-cadherin和Ki-67的表达与有无神经侵袭,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论CXCR1、N-cadherin、Ki-67、vimentin的表达与SACC的发生、发展相关;N-cadherin和Ki-67的表达与SACC的神经侵袭相关;而CXCR1、N-cadherin和vimentin的表达与SACC的细胞分化程度相关。
Purpose To investigate the relationship between the expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67,vimentin and salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).The lymph node metastasis and nerve invasion of SACC was also discussed.Methods Immunohistochemistry of SP methods was used to detect the expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67 and vimentin in 39 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and 10 cases of normal salivary glands adjacent to cancer.The differences of the expressions of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67 and vimentin were analyzed.The relationship between the expressions of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67,vimentin and pathological parameters,lymph node metastasis and nerve invasion was analyzed.Results Compared with paracancerous salivary gland tissue,the expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67 and vimentin in SACC was significantly higher(P<0.05).The expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67 and vimentin had no significant difference in age,sex,tumor location and depth of invasion(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin and Ki-67 and tumor size(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between expression of vimentin and tumor sizes(P=0.011).There was no significant difference in the expression of Ki-67 between the low-differentiated group and the medium-high-differentiated group.But the significant difference in the expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin and vimentin between the low-differentiated group and the medium-high-differentiated group was detected(P=0.017,P=0.002,P=0.011).There was no significant difference in the expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67 and vimentin between lymph node metastasis and non-lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Significant difference was found in the expression of N-cadherin and Ki-67 in nerve invasion(P=0.017).Conclusion This study shows that the expression of CXCR1,N-cadherin,Ki-67 and vimentin is related to the occurrence and development of SACC.N-cadherin and Ki-67 are associated with nervus invasion in SACC.CXCR1,N-cadherin and vimentin are related to the degree of cell
