摘要
上级发展性反馈包含充分的自我调整信息,其本身信息性、评价性以及前瞻性的特点,对个体的知识和能力发展以及自我调节有明显的促进作用,能够极大激发员工的积极认知与行为,对组织员工的管理实践具有重要意义。因此,本研究将对上级发展性反馈的相关研究进行综述,对其相关概念,测量工具、影响因素进行分析,并对未来研究方向进行展望。
Supervisor Developmental Feedback, containing sufficient self-adjustment information, with characteristics of informational,evaluative and forward-looking characteristics, has a significant role in promoting individual knowledge and ability development and selfregulation,and will greatly stimulate employees’ positive cognition and behavior. It is of great significance to the management practice of organizational employees. Therefore, this paper reviews relevant literatures of Supervisor Developmental Feedback, summarizes the existing literatures in aspects of the concept, measurement, influencing factors and consequences of it, and makes prospects for future research directions.
