摘要
目的探讨日常生活能力及幸福感对养老机构老年人自我老化感知的影响,为合理改善养老机构老年人自我老化感知提供依据。方法2018年10-12月,方便抽样法选取唐山市4所养老机构(公立养老机构2所,私立养老机构2所)的396名老年人为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、老化感知问卷、日常生活能力量表和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福感量表对其进行调查。结果机构老年人日常生活能力总分为(70.91±26.80)分;67.7%(268/369)的老年人生活基本自理。幸福感总分为(30.23±9.21)分,处于中等幸福感水平。多元线性回归分析显示,日常生活能力和幸福感是老年人自我老化感知的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论不能自理和中低幸福感水平的养老机构老年人对自我老化的感知更为明显。
Objective To explore the influence of daily living ability and subjective well-being on the self aging perception of the elderly in the old age care institutions and to provide a basis for rationally improving the self aging perception of the elderly.Methods A total of 396 elderly people from four old-age care institutions were surveyed in Tangshan by convenience sampling in October to December 2018.The questionnaire used the Unified General Information Questionnaire,the Aging Perception Questionnaire(APQ),the Daily Living Ability Scale(Barthel Index),and the Newfoundland Memorial University Hap piness Scale(MUNSH).Results The total daily living ability of the elderly in the institution was(70.91±26.80).67.7%of the elderly in the institution could be self-care.The total score of subjective well being was(30.23±9.21).which was at the level of moderate subjective well-being.Multiple linear regression showed that daily living ability and subjective well-being were the influencing factors of the elderly’s self aging perception(P<0.05).Conclusions The elderly who are unable to take care of themselves and have a low level of subjective well-being are more aware of self-aging.
