摘要
针对目前煤矿采煤的工作效率低、工人劳动强度大等问题,对采煤机进行智能化设计,使采煤机具备识别煤岩、自主运行控制、手动备用控制、远程采煤机控制等功能,不仅能够实现对采煤机工作过程的实时监控,也方便维修人员在进行设备故障处理时能够为其提供相关数据信息,提高采煤机整体的工作效率。
In view of the low working efficiency of coal mining and the large labor intensity of workers, the intelligent design of shearer can make the shearer have the functions of identifying coal rock, self-operation control, manual standby control and remote shearer control, which cannot only realize the real-time monitoring of the working process of shearer, but also facilitate the maintenance personnel to provide relevant data information for the shearer when handling the equipment failure, and improve the overall working efficiency of the shearer.
