摘要
为了在设计阶段对汽车后备箱盖性能进行模拟设计,该文通过建立精确的理论数学模型计算摩擦下四连杆的受力情况,利用微积分原理并借助Excel对后备箱盖开关特性进行仿真分析,对后备箱盖的受力情况和开启时间等各项性能指标进行预测,同时通过试验验证和仿真分析的结果对比,确认了方法的准确性,从而证明了该方法的可行性,为今后在设计阶段快速准确地进行汽车后备箱盖性能设计提供了一个有效工具。
In order to simulate the performance of the decklid in the design stage, the force of four connecting rods under friction is calculated by establishing an accurate theoretical mathematical model, and the switching characteristics of decklid are simulated and analyzed by using calculus principle and Excel. Various performance indexes such as the stress of the trunk and the opening time are predicted. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the method is confirmed through the comparison of experimental verification and simulation analysis results, thus proving the feasibility of the method and providing an effective tool for the rapid and accurate performance design of the decklid in the future design.
