摘要
田陈煤矿七一采区地质构造复杂,巷道起伏多,采煤工作面超前维护均采用单体液压支柱支护顶板,职工劳动强度大,施工效率低,巷道变形量大,制约安全高效生产。经研究,在七一采区东翼7109综放工作面轨道巷超前维护设计应用吊移式巷道单元支架支护顶板,取得较好效果,可为相似条件矿井提供借鉴。
In Tianchen Coal Mine,the geological structure is complex,the roadway has many ups and downs,and the single hydraulic prop support roof is used for the advance maintenance of the coal face.The workers'labor intensity is large,the construction efficiency is low,and the deformation of the roadway is large,which restricts the safe and efficient production.According to the research,the advanced maintenance design of the track roadway in the 7109 fully mechanized caving face in the east wing of the 1st mining area is applied to support the roof with the support of the lifting type roadway unit.
