综采工作面回撤三角区掩护支架组设计及应用分析

摘要 针对传统综采工作面回撤三角区存在的回撤效率低、支护安全性差等问题,通过研究综采工作面回撤三角区所需的液压支架架型结构与三角区围岩适应性情况,设计出一种综采工作面回撤三角区的掩护支架,分析了掩护支架组的结构,研究了该掩护支架的结构参数、结构布设以及和其他设备的合理配合情况,并进行了应用。应用后得出:与传统的井字形木垛配合原木点柱联合支护方式相比,回撤效率更高,安全性更好,工人劳动强度更低,具有一定的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the shortcomings of low retraction efficiency and poor safety of support in the retraction triangle of traditional comprehensive mining workface,a kind of cover bracket for retraction triangle of comprehensive mining workface is designed by studying the structure of hydraulic bracket frame required for retraction triangle of comprehensive mining workface and the adaptability of surrounding rocks in the triangle,and the structure of cover bracket group is designed,and the structural parameters of the cover bracket,structural layout and reasonable cooperation with other equipment are studied.Compared with the traditional well-shaped wood stack with log point column joint support method,the retraction is more efficient,safer and less labor-intensive,which has certain promotion and application value.
