PBL教学法在护理综合技能训练课上提高护生的批判性思维能力 被引量:27

摘要 目的分析PBL教学法在护理综合技能训练课上对护生批判性思维能力的影响,同时了解PBL教学法的实施效果。方法选取某高职院校2019年4月至6月参加实习前护理综合技能训练的两个大专班共125名护生为研究对象,一个班62人设为观察组,另一个班63人设为对照组,观察组采用PBL教学法和传统技能训练教学法,对照组采用传统技能训练教学法,教学前对比两组护生基本情况和批判性思维能力,教学后再次对比两组护生之间以及他们培训前后批判性思维能力情况,同时调查观察组实施PBL教学法的效果。结果训练前观察组和对照组基本情况、批判性思维能力得分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),训练后两组批判性思维能力得分高于训练前,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组对PBL教学效果评价较好。结论护理综合技能训练教学中采用PBL教学法有助于提高护生批判性思维能力,护生也比较喜欢这种教学法,可以在其他教学中尝试此方法。 Objective To explore the impact of PBL teaching method on improving the critical thinking ability of college nursing students in the nursing skills training and to evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method.Me thods Two classes of a total of 125 nursing students in the nursing skills training before practice were selected in a certain medical college from April 2019 to June 2019 as the subjects. They were devided into two classes: an experimental group of 62 students and a control group of 63 students. PBL combined with classic teaching method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The basic information and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared before and after training. The effect of PBL teaching method was evaluated. Re s ults The basic information and the scores of critical thinking ability of the two groups had no statistically significant differences before training(P >0.05). The experimental group had significantly higher scores of critical thinking ability than those of the control group after the training(P <0.05). After training, the scores of critical thinking ability of the two groups were higher than before(P<0.05). Most students of the experimental group said PBL method was better. Conclus ion PBL teaching method can improve the critical thinking ability of the students in nursing training, and most students prefer this method. It can be used in other courses.
