摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定25%咪鲜胺·稻瘟酰胺微囊悬浮-悬浮剂中咪鲜胺和稻瘟酰胺的质量分数,使用C8不锈钢反相色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+0.3%冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行定性、定量分析。咪鲜胺和稻瘟酰胺线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9994;标准偏差分别为0.14、0.08;相对标准偏差分别为0.93%、0.81%;平均回收率分别为99.72%、99.36%。结果表明:此检测方法灵敏、快速,适用于25%咪鲜胺·稻瘟酰胺微囊悬浮-悬浮剂的含量检测。
A method was developed for the determination of Prochloraz+Fenoxanil 25%ZC by high-performance liquid chromatography on C8 column with avariable wave length UV detector,using acetonitrile and 0.3%acetic acid aqueous solutionas mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlations for prochloraz and fenoxanil were 0.9992 and 0.9994.The standard deviations were 0.14 and 0.08.The coefficients of variation were 0.93%and 0.81%.The average recoveries were 99.72%and 99.36%,respectively.In Condusion,the method was sensitive and quick,so that it was suitable for analysis of Prochloraz+Fenoxanil 25%ZC.
