摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法对42%甲硫·咪鲜胺可湿性粉剂中甲基硫菌灵和咪鲜胺进行定量测定。结果表明,该方法中,甲基硫菌灵和咪鲜胺的变异系数分别为0.22%、0.56%,标准偏差为0.08、0.04,平均回收率为99.8%、100.2%,线性相关系数为0.9999、0.9999。
The quantitative analysis of thiophanate-methyl and prochloraz in 42% thiophanate-methyl＋prochloraz WP by HPLC was introduced. The results showed that the variation coefficient was 0.22 % and 0.56%, the standard deviation was 0.08 and 0.04, the average recovery was 99.8% and 100.2%, the linear correlation was 0.999 9 and 0.999 9, respectively.
