摘要
通过高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析的创建,用钴60对龙胆与秦艽进行辐射,并对辐照前后其成分含量的变化进行分析。分析结果表明,创建指纹图谱的方法效果良好,能够满足秦艽和龙胆辐照前后成分含量变化需求,并且为辐照灭菌手段提供参考。
Through the establishment of HPLC fingerprint analysis,the changes of components in Gentiana scabra Bunge and Gentiana straminea before and after 60Co irradiation were analyzed.The results show that the method of fingerprint is effective,which can meet the requirements of the content changes of Gentiana macrophylla and Gentiana Gentiana before and after irradiation,and provide reference for irradiation sterilization.
