摘要
建筑工程中的深基坑施工中涉及的爆破工程施工往往是风险较大的,在工程安全管理中必须重视。爆破安全失控会产生严重的生命财产损失、环境污染等后果,如早爆、拒爆、爆破失控等造成人员伤亡、附近建筑物、管道等设施损坏、有毒气体泄露等。因此,针对深基坑爆破工程中容易出现的安全问题,从安全管理措施、保证措施、施工措施、应急预案等方面对爆破安全事故,特别是重大事故,制订应对措施及应对预案,最大限度地避免发生各种事故,减少可能引发事故时的损失。
In the construction of deep foundation pit, the construction of blasting engineering is often risky, which must be paid attention to in the safety management of engineering. If the blasting safety is out of control, there may be serious consequences such as damages to life and property, environmental pollution, early explosion, misfire, blasting out of control, casualties, damage to nearby buildings, pipelines and other facilities, toxic gas leakage, and so on. Therefore, in view of the safety problems that are easy to occur in the blasting engineering of deep foundation pit, from the aspects of safety objectives, organization and management measures, guarantee measures, construction measures, emergency plans, etc., the corresponding measures and plans shall be formulated for the blasting safety accidents, especially major accidents, so as to avoid all kinds of accidents to the greatest extent and reduce the losses that may cause accidents.
