复杂环境下核电站基坑爆破开挖技术

摘要 本文以某沿海城市在建核电站基坑爆破为例,介绍了复杂环境下核电站基坑爆破开挖技术。其间通过优化爆破参数,合理选择自由面,结合预裂爆破、覆盖防护等措施控制爆破振动和爆破飞散物对周边重要设施的影响。同时,炮孔底部加设缓冲垫层,以保护基岩。实践结果表明,爆破振动、爆破飞散物被控制在安全范围内,基岩受到有效保护,爆破效果良好。 Taking the blasting of a nuclear power plant's foundation pit under construction in a coastal city as an ex⁃ample,the blasting and excavation technology of a nuclear power plant's foundation pit in a complex environment was introduced in this paper.In the meantime,blasting parameters were optimized,free surfaces were reasonably select⁃ed,and pre-splitting blasting,covering protection and other measures were combined to control the impact of blast⁃ing vibration and blasting debris on surrounding important facilities.At the same time,a cushion layer was added to the bottom of the blast hole to protect the bedrock.Practical results show that the blasting vibration and blasting fly⁃ing materials are controlled within a safe range,the bedrock is effectively protected,and the blasting effect is good.
