摘要
从补强体系、增塑剂种类及硫化体系对超高分子量三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,N550炭黑25份与DZ-13炭黑45份并用时,加入增塑剂石蜡油,选用S 1.0、CZ 1.5、DTDM 1.4、M 0.5的硫化体系制备的超高分子量三元乙丙橡胶具备较好的物理机械性能、耐热空气老化性能和较低的压缩永久变形。
The effects of types of reinforcement system, plasticizer and vulcanization system on the properties of ultra-EPDM were studied. The results showed that when 25 parts of N550 carbon black and 45 parts of DZ-13 carbon black were added, the ultra-EPDM prepared by adding the plasticizer paraffin oil to the vulcanization system of S 1.0, CZ 1.5, DTDM 1.4, M 0.5 had better properties of physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance to air aging and lower compression permanent deformation.
