摘要
目的构建儿童专科医院手术分级管理评价指标体系。方法自2018年8月-2018年12月通过文献查阅和专家小组讨论,初步建立儿童医院手术分级管理评价指标,依据德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,邀请相关领域专家共20名进行咨询,经过两轮咨询确定评价指标体系,并结合优序图法计算指标权重。结果两轮咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.85和0.90,专家意见协调程度(W)分别为0.284(P<0.001)和0.399(P<0.001)。根据筛选标准,最终形成包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标的评价体系;一级指标工作负荷、业务扩展、服务质量权重分别为0.45、0.35和0.20。结论本研究专家积极性高,权威性、协调性均较好,指标权重计算合理,可为儿童专科医院手术分级管理评价提供参考。
Objective To establish an evaluation indicator system of surgery grading management for Children’s Hospital.Methods From August 2018 to December 2018,the evaluation system of surgery grading management for children’s hospital was preliminarily constructed through literature review and consultation with expert panel.Twenty experts in relevant fields were invited and the evaluation system was established by expert consultation based on Delphi method,then weights of indicators were calculated applying the precedence chart.Results The response rates of tworound consultation from the experts were both 100%,and the coefficients of experts’authority were 0.85 and 0.90,respectively,the coordination degrees were 0.284(P<0.001)and 0.399(P<0.001),respectively.According to the screening criteria,an evaluation system consisting of three firstlevel indicators and ten second-level indicators is finally formed.The firstlevel indicator workload,business extension weights,and medical service quality are 0.45,0.35,and 0.20,respectively.Conclusion The research has high experts enthusiasm,good authority,coordination degree of experts and reasonable calculation of index weight.It can provide a reference for evaluation system of surgery grading management for children’s hospital.
