摘要
胡跃强教授是全国第三批优秀中医临床人才,长期潜心研习中医药理论及临床,既勤求古训,又融汇新知,基于扶阳学术思想,将附子灵活应用于急慢性疾病和各类疑难杂症,取得了显著的临床疗效,亦积累了丰富的用药经验。文章通过阐述附子与辨证、炮制、配伍、剂量、煎服法、药后调摄之间的关系,并结合临床医案,对扶阳学派传承人胡跃强教授运用附子的用药经验进行了回顾性总结,旨在为附子的临床推广和应用,提供可借鉴的理论指导。
Professor HU Yue-qiang is the third batch of excellent traditional Chinese medicine clinical talent in China.He has studied the theory and clinic of traditional Chinese medicine for a long time.He not only strives for the previous theoretical experience but also merges new knowledge.Based on Fuyang’s academic thought,aconiti lateralis radix preparata has been flexibly applied to acute and chronic diseases and all kinds of difficult and complicated diseases,and obtained remarkable clinical curative effect and accumulated rich experience in drug use.This paper expounds the relationship between radix aconiti lateralis radix preparata and syndrome differentiation,processing,compatibility of medicines,dose,the mothod of decoction and taking medicine,and adjustment after taking medicine,and combines with clinical medical records and makes a retrospective summary of the experience of professor HU Yue-qiang,a inheritor of Fuyang School,in using aconiti lateralis radix preparata,whose purpose is to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical promotion and application of aconiti lateralis radix preparata.
