摘要
目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散剂在阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)继发腹泻的预防性疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月本院收治的小儿MPP患儿80例。按照随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组患儿均在常规治疗的基础上采取阿奇霉素序贯疗法,研究组在上述方法的基础上应用布拉氏酵母菌散剂。疗程结束后观察并比较两组患儿总腹泻发生率、住院时间、脱水纠正时间、退热时间、止泻时间、肠道菌群总失调程度、不良反应、治疗总有效率。结果研究组患儿总腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组的住院时间、脱水纠正时间、退热时间及止泻时间均短于对照组(P均<0.001);研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肠道菌总失调率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿均未发生明显不良反应。结论在阿奇霉素序贯疗法中应用布拉氏酵母菌散剂可有效提高临床疗效,可降低患儿腹泻发生率,改善患儿肠道菌群失调情况。该方法简单实用,患儿易于接受且不会增加不良反应发生,值得基层医院推广和普及。
Objective To investigate preventive effect of saccharomyces boulardii sachets in azithromycin sequential therapy for mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)secondary diarrhea of children.Methods A total of 80 children with MPP in the pediatric department of our hospital from June,2016 to June,2017 were selected.They were divided into a study group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)randomly according to random number table.Both groups were treated by azithromycin sequential therapy based on conventional therapy.The study group applied saccharomyces boulardii sachets additionally.At the end of therapy,total occurrence of diarrhea,length of stay(LOS),dehydration correction time,defervescence time,diarrhea relieving time,total imbalance degree of intestinal flora,adverse reaction and overall response rate(ORR)of two groups were observed and compared.Results The study group showed lower total occurrence of diarrhea than those of the control group(P<0.001).The study group was significantly superior to the control group in term of LOS,dehydration correction time,defervescence time,and diarrhea relieving time(P all<0.001).The study group achieved significantly higher ORR in relative to the control group(P<0.05).The study group showed lower total imbalance degree of intestinal flora compared to the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions had been observed in both groups.Conclusion Applying saccharomyces boulardii sachets in azithromycin sequential therapy can improve clinical effect effectively,manifested by reduction of total occurrence of diarrhea and improve imbalance of intestinal flora.This therapy is simple and practical,without increasing occurrences of adverse reactions.It is worth of promotion in primary hospitals.
