摘要
为探明添饲桑叶对鹅肠道菌群结构和生长性能的影响,在皖西白鹅日粮中按质量分数4%添加桑叶粉进行喂饲试验。试验结果表明,桑叶粉添加组鹅的日增体质量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),料重比极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05)。利用16S rDNA测序的方法对鹅肠道菌的种群组成进行分析,发现拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和变形菌门(Proteobavteria)是鹅肠道菌门水平的优势菌群,添饲桑叶降低了鹅肠道菌群多样性,改变了肠道菌群的组成占比,其中厚壁菌门相对丰度极显著降低(P<0.01),拟杆菌门相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。日粮中添加桑叶粉可改变鹅的肠道菌群组成,推测可能对鹅营养物质的消化、吸收和代谢造成影响,导致鹅的体质量增长速率降低。
In order to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of mulberry leaf powder on the structure of intestinal microbiota and growth performance of goose,mulberry leaf powder was added to the diet of Wanxi White Goose at 4%mass fraction.The experimental results showed that daily weight gain of geese in mulberry leaf powder group was extremely significant lower than that in control group(P<0.01),feed to gain ratio was extremely significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in daily feed intake(P>0.05).16 S rDNA sequencing analysis revealed that Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were dominant microbiota in goose intestine.Addition of mulberry leaf in diet decreased diversity of goose intestinal microbiota,and changed the composition of intestinal microbiota,with an extremely significant reduction in the relative abundance of Firmicutes(P<0.01),and a significant rise in the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes(P<0.05).The results showed that the composition of intestinal microbiota can be changed by adding mulberry leaf powder to goose diet,which may affect digestion,absorption and metabolism of nutrients in goose and consquently reduce the weight gain rate of goose.
