摘要
随着国家创新驱动发展战略的大力实施,建设创新型国家步伐的逐渐加快,创新方法推广应用作为科技创新的重要组成部分也越来越被重视。创新方法师资队伍建设是影响创新方法推广应用的重要因素。分析在黑龙江省创新方法师资队伍现状基础上,总结出黑龙江省创新方法师资队伍建设模式,并从师资队伍建设角度给出建议。
With the vigorous implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy and gradually accelerating rapid of innovative country,the promotion and application of innovative methods,as an important part of technological innovation,is playing more and more attention at present.In the long-time practice of the Heilongjiang Province’s promotion and application,it is found that lecture construction is an important factor affecting the promotion and application of innovative methods.All in all,the mode of innovative method lecture group construction in Heilongjiang province is put forward,and some useful suggestion is given based on the status analysis of it.
