摘要
创新方法推广应用是一项基础性、长期性的科技工作。针对10年来黑龙江省创新方法推广应用工作的开展情况进行总结,从创新方法的宣传普及、试点推广与全面推广等3个阶段进行分析概括,并对各个阶段取得的成效进行统计分析,为黑龙江省创新方法工作在更深层次、更广范围推广与应用提供了有力支撑,也为其他省市推广应用创新方法提供借鉴。
The promotion and application of innovative methods is a fundamental and long-term scientific and technological work. In this paper, the implementation of application and extension of innovation methods in Heilongjiang Province are summarized for the last ten years. The three phases including dissemination and propaganda, pilot promotion and comprehensive promotion are analyzed and generalized, and the statistical effective analysis of the achievement are conducted for each phase, which provide strong support for the promotion and application of Heilongjiang Province＇s innovation method work in deeper and wider scope, and what’s more, which can be references for other provinces and cities.
