TRIZ与六西格玛集成的创新方法框架与模式研究 被引量:18

摘要 企业创新,方法先行,科学的创新方法是企业提升自主创新能力的基础和保障。TRIZ作为科学的创新方法已受到学术界和企业界的高度重视,然而仍有其不足。本文在深入考察相关文献的基础上,发现六西格玛(6σ)管理模式可以与之相互补充。由此,文章分析了TRIZ与六西格玛(6σ)集成的依据;构建了TRIZ与六西格玛(6σ)集成的框架;探讨了TRIZ与六西格玛改进(IFSS)的主要模式DMAIC的集成,以及TRIZ与六西格玛设计(DFSS)的主要模式DMADV的集成;并对后续的研究进行了展望。创新方法的研究对建设创新型国家有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。 The advanced study of innovation has got a high degree of attention at home and abroad.As an innovative method,TRIZ and Six Sigma integration has been researched by many domestic and foreign scholars.The article analyzes the foundation and framework of TRIZ and Six Sigma integration,and focuses on the integration of TRIZ and both management model of DMAIC and DMADV.On the basis of the analysis at home and abroad,the article anticipates the management,organizational isnnovation and applied research in different industries which are based on integration of TRIZ and Six Sigma management model.
