摘要
针对目前铁路施工人员采用传统视觉、听觉防护的防护方式效果较差,抑或定位设备精度不高、位置偏移量大、定位预警不及时等状况,难以实时跟踪人员位置,对施工人员人身安全存在较大安全风险的现状,本文基于高精度北斗联合定位并融合物联网信息传输和电子围栏警戒技术,提出铁路施工安全报警平台,解决列车接近作业区域和人员、设备越界的实时预警,有效降低铁路工务施工作业时的安全风险,极大提高工务作业效率和智能化工务施工安全的防控设备应用。
In view of the present railway construction personnel in traditional visual,auditory protection way of protective effect is poorer,or positioning precision is not high,the position offset,such as positioning warning is not timely status,hard real-time tracking personnel position,there is a big security risk of the personal safety of construction personnel of the status quo,this article is based on high precision and joint beidou positioning of the integration of Internet information transmission and the technology of electronic fence alert,railway construction safety warning platform,put forward to solve the train close to the work area and personnel,equipment,cross-border real-time warning,effectively reduce the railway works the construction work of security risks,Greatly improve the efficiency of public works and intelligent public works construction safety prevention and control equipment application.
