摘要 为提高铁路施工作业人员的作业效率和管理质量,研究基于北斗卫星导航系(BDS)统的安全监控系统。将北斗高精度定位技术与地理信息系统(GIS)、电子围栏、地图匹配等技术相结合,基于载波相位差分技术和铁路移动数据传输统一平台实现精准的位置识别和可靠的信息共享。研究结果表明:该系统集成了施工作业计划的下发和接收功能,能够查看施工作业进度;出现违规进入或外出作业区域、人与车距离达到危险阈值等情况时,系统自动向作业人员终端发送预警通知,提醒人员迅速撤离到安全区域,实现人员的实时调度和掌控。 Research on safety monitoring system based on BDS was proposed to improve the working efficiency of railway workersand themanagement quality.The high-precision positioning technology of Beidou was combined with Geographic Information System(GIS),electronic fence,map-matching and other auxiliary technologies.Theaccurate location recognition and reliable information-sharing were realizedthrough carrier phase difference technology and theunified platform of railway mobile data transmission.The results show thatthe proposed system integrates the issuing and receiving functions of the operation schedule,and checksthe work progress,and thatwhenworkers enter or leave the work area in violation of the regulation,or the distance between workers and vehicles is dangerous,the system automatically sends the early warning signal to the positioning terminal,which can remind workers to quickly evacuate to the safe area and realize the real time scheduling and control of personnel.
