摘要 针对煤矿井下传统自动化排水作业中各个排水点相互之间没有关联、没有分级管理的问题,梅花井煤矿对井下排水点进行分级管控,各个排水点的排水作业相互关联,并与地面污水处理站调节池水位关联,依靠工业以太网在集控中心实现了矿井排水的远程集中智能控制。通过现场实际应用,节约了人力资源,避免了因联系不畅而造成淹巷的问题,为煤矿安全生产提供了有力保障。 In view of the problem that there is no correlation and hierarchical management among the drainage points in the traditional automatic drainage operation of the underground coal mine,Meihuajing Coal Mine carries out hierarchical management and control over the drainage points,the drainage operations of each drainage point are correlated with each other,and correlated with the water level of the regulating pool of the ground sewage treatment station,and realizes the remote centralized intelligence of the drainage in the centralized control center by relying on the industrial Ethernet Control.Through the practical application in the field,the human resources are significantly saved,the problem of flooded roadway caused by poor connection is avoided,and the strong guarantee for the safety production of coal mine is provided.
