四管分层注水工艺管柱应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 文章分析了四管分层注水工艺管柱的使用方式,这种管柱包括套管和井口,在套管内自上而下依次间隔设有上部桥塞、中部桥塞和下部桥塞,上部桥塞、中部桥塞和下部桥塞将套管内沿轴向分隔成四段,每段对应一个注水层段,注水管由共轴的外层油管、中层油管和内层油管构成,每层油管由油管、专用油管变扣、专用万向节、密封插管构成。这种工艺具有地面操作完成定量配水,配水量控制更精确、调节更方便,该四管分层注水工艺管柱具有结构简单、工作可靠、操纵方便、易于维护等优点,深受相关行业的欢迎。 This paper analyzes the use mode of four-pipe layered water injection process pipe string, which includes casing and wellhead. Upper bridge plug, middle bridge plug and lower bridge plug are arranged at intervals in the casing from top to bottom.The upper bridge plug, the middle bridge plug and the lower bridge plug divide the casing into four sections along the axial direction, each section corresponds to a water injection layer section, and the injection pipe is composed of a coaxial outer tubing, a middle tubing and an inner tubing. Each layer of tubing is composed of tubing, special tubing buckle, special universal joint and sealed pipes. This process has the advantages of ground operation to complete quantitative water distribution, more accurate water distribution control and more convenient adjustment. The four-pipe stratified water injection process string has the advantages of simple structure,reliable work, convenient operation, easy maintenance and so on.
