考虑围岩蠕变特性的隧道仰拱开挖时序性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以赣州-深圳高速铁路松岗山隧道为背景,在砂岩室内蠕变试验的基础上,借助有限元软件建立隧道三台阶开挖数值分析模型,对比经典弹塑性和考虑蠕变效应下的拱顶沉降计算结果,分析仰拱封闭距离和仰拱暴露长度2个因素的影响效应。研究结果表明:在复杂应力条件下,考虑围岩的蠕变特性会使数值计算结果与实际工程情况更加吻合;隧道初期支护的稳定性首先受仰拱封闭距离的影响,其次是仰拱暴露长度;仰拱封闭距离与仰拱暴露长度应遵循“长封短暴”和“短封长暴”的原则。研究结果对发展岩石蠕变力学计算和提高隧道仰拱施工效率具有指导意义。 Taking the SongGangMountain tunnel of the Ganzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway as the background,based on the indoor creep test of sandstone,a numerical analysis model of the three bench excavation of the tunnel was established with the help of finite element software.Comparing the calculation results of vault settlement under classical elastoplasticity and considering the creep effect,the settlement calculation results analyze the influence of two factors,the closed distance of the inverted arch and the exposed length of the inverted arch.The research results show that:under complex stress conditions,considering the creep characteristics of the surrounding rock will make the numerical calculation results more consistent with the actual engineering situation;the stability of the initial support of the tunnel is firstly affected by the closing distance of the arch,followed by the exposure of the inverted arch length;The enclosed distance and the exposed length of the inverted arch should follow the principles of“long seal short exposure”and“short seal long exposure”.The research results have guiding significance for developing the calculation of rock creep mechanics and improving the efficiency of tunnel arch construction.
