摘要
北京市兴延高速公路石峡隧道左线围岩具有大松散型,施工过程中,出现初期支护多次变形的情况,致使初支混凝土开裂、渗水、鼓包、起皮、掉块、初支钢拱架扭曲变形,甚至部分初支侵入二次衬砌范围。文章重点阐述了隧道初期支护变形的原因、综合治理及防护措施,提出了后续施工防止出现初期支护变形的施工工艺与技术措施。
The surrounding rock of the left line of the Shixia Tunnel on the Xingyan Expressway in Beijing has a large loose type.During the construction process,the initial support has been deformed many times,causing the crack,seepage,bulge and peel of initial support concrete and distorted deformation of primary steel arch The primary support steel arch is distorted and deformed,and even part of the primary support intrudes into the secondary lining range.The article focuses on the causes,comprehensive treatment and protective measures of the initial support deformation of the tunnel,and proposes the construction techniques and technical measures for the subsequent construction to prevent the initial support deformation.
