摘要 中国2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染导致的突发疫情进入关键时期。麻醉科和手术室作为医院的一个平台和枢纽科室,其感控工作已成为医院感染防控的重点之一。麻醉过程中患者常规使用麻醉机进行氧疗和机械通气,由于2019-nCoV主要经呼吸道飞沫等传播,因此为避免交叉感染,麻醉机的感控管理尤为重要。本文根据国家颁布的法律法规、诊疗指南、防护标准和技术操作规范,以及以往传染性呼吸系统疾病的管理经验和麻醉临床工作特点,总结了疫情期间新型冠状病毒肺炎患者麻醉机使用感控管理建议,以供临床参考和使用。 China is facing the serious situation of 2019-novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection.The department of anesthesiology and the operating room,as a platform of the hospital,have become one of the key points in the prevention and control of 2019-nCoV infection in hospital.During anesthesia,patients routinely use the anesthesia machine for oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation.Since 2019-nCoV is mainly transmitted through respiratory droplets,it is particularly important to manage the infection control of the anesthesia machine to avoid cross-infection.According to the national laws,regulations,diagnosis and treatment guidelines,protection standards and technical operation specifications,as well as the management experience of previous infectious respiratory diseases and the characteristics of anesthesia clinical work,this paper summarized the recommendations on the infection control of anesthesia machines for patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)during 2019-nCoV infection period.
