摘要
随着“互联网+体育”的蓬勃发展,运动打卡应运而生。运动打卡架构起虚拟与现实之间的桥梁,通过“化零为整”实现时间的有效利用,从网络依赖转为行为监督,有利于大学生良好运动习惯的养成。调研发现:目前大学生运动打卡参与人数众多,使用运动APP开展打卡对大学生运动频次(Χ^2=22.320,P<0.01)、运动习惯持续时间(Χ^2=44.998,P<0.001)有显著积极效应;使用运动APP对运动意向(F=13.391,P<0.001)和运动习惯(F=10.377,P<0.001)有促进作用;使用运动APP对时间长短、运动频率(F=8.162,P<0.001)和单次运动时间(F=6.205,P<0.001)起到正向作用。可见,运动APP对运动习惯形成有促进作用。但仍存在持续性不强、完成质量不高和APP功能设置待完善的不足,需要从固化打卡自主性、优化运动APP、强化高校对于学生运动打卡的引导与指导、深化运动打卡的集体氛围等方面解决问题,从而实现良好运动习惯的固化。
With the vigorous development of the information age,sports sign-in comes into being.The network sports sign-in serves as a bridge between virtual and reality,avoiding college students from over-indulging the network and realizing the effective use of time through gathering parts into the whole.It is conducive to developing good habits from network dependence to behavior supervision,which has a positive meaning for college students.The survey finds that at present,there are a large number of college students participating in the sports sign-in,with diverse motivations.The use of sports APP has a significant positive effect on college students’exercise frequency(Χ^2=22.320,P<0.01)and duration of exercise habit(Χ^2=44.998,P<0.001);the use of exercise APP can promote exercise intention(F=13.391,P<0.001)and exercise habit(F=10.377,P<0.001);the use of exercise APP has a positive effect on time length,exercise frequency(F=8.162,P<0.001)and single exercise time(F=6.205,P<0.001).Although sports sign-in has a certain impact on promoting college students’exercise habits,there are still some problems like lack of persistence,low completion quality and APP function settings to be perfected.It is necessary to solve problems from the aspects of curing signing autonomy,optimizing sports APP,strengthening the guidance of college students for sports sign-in and deepening the collective atmosphere of sports sign-in,so as to achieve the solidification of good exercise habits.
