摘要
通过对影响体育习惯形成的两大因素,即个体因素和社会环境因素,特别是社会环境中的教育因素进行分析和探讨,为学校体育教育能够取得良好的效果,即让学生学会锻炼身体的方法,养成锻炼身体得习惯,为终生体育打下良好的基础,提供理论参考。
Based on the analysis on the two main influential factors of physical exercises, including individual factor and social circumstance, this study conducted a special analysis and exploration on the educational factors of the social circumstance. It is proposed that the PE at school should facilitate students to grasp the methods of physical exercises, develop the habits of physical exercises, and set up a good foundation for the students' life-long sports.
