摘要
以高校辅导员职业能力为探讨对象,从高校辅导员职业能力内涵入手,分析了现阶段辅导员职业能力现状,提出了辅导员职业能力提升途径,例如职业认同感的提升、学习能力的自我培养、健全辅导员培训机制和构建完善考评激励机制等,旨在为高校辅导员职业发展提供一定的指导与参考。
Taking the professional ability of college counselors as the object of discussion,this paper starts with the connotation of the professional ability of college counselors,analyzes the present situation of the professional ability of counselors,and puts forward the ways to improve the professional ability of counselors,such as promotion of professional identity,self-cultivation of learning ability,improvement of the training mechanism of counselors,and establishment of a perfect appraisal incentive mechanism,aiming to provide certain guidance and reference for the career development of college counselors.
