摘要
高职学生在激烈的就业竞争中,压力日趋加大。作为为社会培养技能型人才的高职院校,要把培养学生的就业能力当作一项重要任务,把提升学生就业能力融入到教育教学的整个过程。注重提升学生的专业素养,提升学生的人文素质,重视学生实践能力的培养,加强就业指导工作,帮助学生树立就业能力自我培养的意识。从而培养学生的专业能力及综合素质,为学生就业能力的提升提供帮助。
In the fierce employment competition, the pressure is increasing for vocational students. To train skilled talent for society, higher vocational colleges should take the training of students’ employment ability as an important task and integrate the improvement of students’ employment ability into the whole process of education and teaching. It needs to pay attention to the promotion of students’ professional quality, improve students’ humanistic quality, attach importance to the cultivation of students’ practical ability, strengthen employment guidance, and help students to establish the awareness of self-cultivation of employment ability. In this way, students’ professional ability and comprehensive quality can be cultivated to improve their employment ability.
