摘要
目的了解某精神卫生中心2009年-2018年门诊人次变化规律,为医院管理部门合理配置医疗资源提供决策依据。方法采用时间序列数据季节指标法,分析门诊量年度、季度、月度、星期、时段变化规律。结果近十年该精神卫生中心门诊量呈逐年增加的趋势,平均发展速度为118.40%;第一二季度季节指数低于100.00%,而第三四季度均高于100.00%,第一季度季节指数最低(94.13%),第四季度最高(105.22%);各月季节指数以2月最低(82.07%),12月最高(109.35%),上半年各月季节指数总体低于下半年数;平均门诊量从星期一至星期日呈下降趋势,星期一季节指数最高(135.48%),星期日最低(66.68%);每日分时段门诊量的季节指数在工作时间段内最高,上午高峰时段为10~11时,下午高峰时段为14~15时。结论精神障碍就诊量呈逐年增加的趋势并具有明显的季节性和周期性变化特点,医疗机构要根据变化规律合理安排各项医疗工作,配置好各种医疗资源,更好地服务患者,不断改善患者的就诊体验,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To understand the changes and trends of outpatients in our mental health center from 2009 to 2018, and provide decisionmaking basis for the hospital management department to rationally allocate medical resources. Methods The time series seasonal indicator was used to analyze the change regularity of the outpatient quantity for a year, a season, a monthly, a week and a period. Results In the past ten years, the number of outpatients in the mental health center has increased year by year, the average developing speed was 118.40%;the first and secend quarter season index wera below 100.00%, while the third and fourth quarters were both above 100.00%, The seasonal index of outpatient quantity for the first season was the lowest(94.13%), and the highest in the fourth season(105.22%);for months, the lowest seasonal index was in February(82.07%), and the highest in December(109.35%), in general the seasonal index in the first half of the year was lower than the second half. The average outpatient quantity has a decreasing trend from Monday to Sunday. The highest seasonal index on Monday(135.48%) and the lowest on Sunday(66.68%);the seasonal index of daily outpatient visits was highest during the working hours, and the morning peak hours were at 10~11 hour, the peak hours in the afternoon are 14~15 hour. Conclusion The amount of mental disorders is increasing year by year and has obvious seasonal and cyclical characteristics. Medical institutions should arrange various medical tasks according to the changing rules, configure various medical resources, better serve patients, and continuously improve. The patient’s visit experience improves patient satisfaction.
