摘要 目的探究案例分析在麻醉专业实习生教学中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年9月-2018年9月麻醉专业实习生72人,简单随机分组,各36人。对照组实施基础教学法,观察组实施基础教学法+案例分析。对比两组测试成绩、不同难度等级试题正确率、教学效果。结果观察组技能考核、理论知识、病例分析成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);两组3级难度试题正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组1级、2级难度试题正确率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基础教学法+案例分析应用于麻醉专业实习生,可改善学习兴趣、临床思维分析能力、实践与自习能力、解决疑难问题能力、合作与交流能力,提高测试成绩。 Objective To explore the application effect of case analysis in the teaching of anesthesia interns. Methods 72 interns of Anesthesia Specialty in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into 36 cases each. The control group was given basic teaching method, while the observation group was given basic teaching method plus case analysis. The two groups were compared in terms of test results, correct rate of test questions of different difficulty levels and teaching effect. Results The scores of skill assessment, theoretical knowledge and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the correct rate of grade 3 difficulty questions (P > 0.05);the correct rate of grade 1 and grade 2 difficulty questions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);the observation group increased learning interest, clinical thinking analysis ability, and raise. Higher practice and self-study ability, better ability to solve difficult problems and improve cooperation and communication ability were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of basic teaching method and case analysis in anesthesia interns can improve their learning interest, clinical thinking analysis ability, practice and self-study ability, problem solving ability, cooperation and communication ability, and test results.
