摘要
目的探究CBL与SGD结合教学法在麻醉学临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法以麻醉学临床实习生100例(2018年1月-2018年10月)为研究对象,以双盲法随机分组,对照组采用传统教学法教学,试验组则是CBL与SGD结合教学法教学,分析2组教学的结果。结果试验组麻醉学临床实习生的教学成绩评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组实习生教学满意度、学习积极性、学习兴趣评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉学临床实习教学中用CBL与SGD结合的教学法,可获得较好的效果,能更好促进实习生学习积极性、学习兴趣的提高。
Objective To explore the application value of CBL and SGD combined teaching method in clinical practice teaching of anesthesiology.Methods 100 clinical interns in anesthesiology(January 2018 to October 2018)were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method.The control group received traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group received CBL and SGD combined teaching methods.Results The teaching scores of clinical anesthesiology interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction,learning enthusiasm and learning interest scores of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CBL and SGD in clinical practice teaching of anesthesiology can achieve better results and promote the students’learning enthusiasm and interest.
