摘要 目的探讨综合性ICU护生临床实习带教方法。方法对76名护生按“授课示教-跟班实践-考核评价”的带教模式实施临床带教,出科前进行实习效果的考核评价。结果通过为期4周的临床实习,护生对实习大纲要求的各项监护知识与技能掌握率达95%以上,带教满意率达96.8%。结论在综合性ICU实施“授课示教-跟班实践-考核评价”的带教模式可取得满意的实习效果。 Objective To explore the methods of clinical teaching in general Intensive Care Unit ( ICU). Method The teaching mode of "class demonstration - participant practice - evaluation" was implemented in 76 nurse students. The outcomes were evaluated through the examination at the end of clinical practice in ICU. Results After 4 weeks clinical practice,95% of the nurse students mastered the knowledge and techniques of ICU,and students' satisfaction achieved to 96.8%. Conclusion The teaching mode of " class demonstration - participant practice - evaluation" achieved favorable effect in clinical practice in general ICU.
