摘要
目的对龙岗区近10年361851例新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏症筛查结果进行分析。方法采集2010年1月至2018年12月龙岗区接受G6PD缺乏症筛查的新生儿361851例,通过荧光斑点法对筛查滤纸干血片进行初筛,再进行复查,通过葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)/6-磷酸葡糖酸脱氢酶(6PGD)比值法确诊,对比实际筛查结果。结果接受G6PD缺乏症筛查的新生儿中,相较于非深圳户籍新生儿,深圳户籍新生儿实际复查率更高(P<0.05);两组阳性率与通知复查率比较差异无统计学意义,两组确诊率与患病率比较差异无统计学意义;361851例新生儿中,G6PD阳性率0.17%,通知复查率143.14%,实际复查率63.4%,确诊率7.03%,患病率0.12%。结论龙岗区近10年新生儿G6PD缺乏症发病率较低,可通过常规筛查的方式为临床诊断与治疗提供参考,以达到防治作用。
Objective To analyze the screening results of G6PD deficiency in 361851 newborns in Longgang District in recent 10 years.Methods 361851 cases of newborns who screened for G6PD deficiency from January 2010 to December 2018 in Longgang District were selected,and the dry blood pieces of filter paper were screened by fluorescence spot method.After reexamination,the diagnosis was confirmed by G6PD/6PGD ratio method,and the actual screening results were compared.Results The newborns screened for G6PD deficiency,compared with non registered newborns,the actual reexamination rate of registered newborns in Shenzhen was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate and notice reexamination rate between the two groups.There was no significant difference in diagnosis rate and prevalence rate between the two groups.361851 cases of newborns were screened for G6PD deficiency,the positive rate was 0.17%,the notification reexamination rate was 143.14%,the actual reexamination rate was 63.4%,the diagnosis rate was 7.03%,and the prevalence rate was 0.12%.Conclusion The incidence of G6PD deficiency in recent 10 years in Longgang District is relatively low,which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment through routine screening,so as to achieve the prevention and treatment effect.
