摘要 介绍了带式过滤技术和高效隔膜压滤技术两种尾矿干排处理工艺的原理及特点。分析了其对超细粒级及含泥量较高的尾矿干排处理的适用性。结果表明,高效隔膜压滤机适用于细粒级物料处理,隔膜板依靠冲入气体后稳压,将水分脱离出来,电耗少,运行成本低,设备运行稳定,自动化程度高,操作维护简单,可减少工人值守和维护量。与带式过滤机相比,每年可节省电量313万kW·h,节省电费313万元,节省人工成本20万元。经高效隔膜压滤机处理后的细粒级尾砂含水率<20%(约18%),满足设计和使用要求。高效隔膜压滤机替代单纯的带式真空过滤机,解决了超细粒级及含泥量较高的尾矿干排问题。 This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of two kinds of tailings dry drainage treatment technologies——belt filtration technology and high efficiency diaphragm filtration technology.The applicability of the method to dry tailings drainage treatment with ultra-fine particle size and high sludge content was analyzed.The research shows that the high-efficiency diaphragm filter press is suitable for the treatment of fine-grained materials.The diaphragm plate can stabilize the pressure by flushing into the gas,separate the water from the water,which can reduce the power consumption,decrease the operation cost,stabilize the operation of the equipment,and reduce the amount of workers on duty and maintenance with high degree of automation and simple operation and maintenance.Compared with the belt filter,it can save 3.13 million kW·h of electricity,3.13 million yuan of electricity cost and 200000 yuan of labor cost every year.The moisture content of fine-grained tailings treated by high-efficiency diaphragm filter press is less than 20%(about 18%),which meets the design and use requirements.High efficiency diaphragm filter instead of belt vacuum filter solves the problem of dry discharge of tailings with super fine particles and high mud content.
