摘要
为了实现辽宁某磁铁矿磁选铁尾矿的高效回收利用,试验采用一段磁选—再磨—二段磁选—反浮选流程开展了系统的试验研究。试验结果表明:在一段磁选磁感应强度400 mT、磨矿细度-45μm90%、二段磁感应强度250 mT的条件下,可获得全铁品位52.82%的二段磁选精矿;将二段磁选精矿在矿浆温度35℃、矿浆pH值11.5、淀粉用量800 g/t、CaO用量800 g/t、粗选捕收剂DN用量700 g/t、精选1捕收剂DN用量350 g/t的条件下进行反浮选,得到了全铁品位65.43%、全铁回收率87.17%的浮选铁精矿。
In order to realize the efficient recovery and utilization of magnetic separation iron tailings from a magnetite ore in Liaoning,a systematic experimental study was carried out by using the process of one stage magnetic separation-regrinding-two stage magnetic separation-reverse flotation.The test results showed that the two stage magnetic separation concentrate with total iron grade of 52.82%could be obtained under the conditions of one stage magnetic separation magnetic induction intensity of 400 mT,grinding fine⁃ness of-45μm90%and two stage magnetic induction intensity of 250 mT.The reverse flotation of the two stage magnetic concentrate was carried out under the conditions of slurry temperature of 35℃,slurry pH value of 11.5,starch dosage of 800 g/t,CaO dosage of 800 g/t,roughing collector DN dosage of 700 g/t,and cleaning 1 collector DN dosage of 350 g/t.The flotation iron concentrate with total iron grade of 65.43%and total iron recovery rate of 87.17%was obtained.
