摘要
花园街在施工中采用缆索吊机进行钢桁梁节段整体悬臂拼装施工,中跨钢桁梁采用转体施工自然合龙法施工。施工中,采用辅助斜拉索张拉索力的方法实现合龙段姿态的调整,以满足合龙线形要求;对钢桁梁合龙段的弦杆间距、桥面标高、纵向轴线、当地气温和弦杆温度等进行48小时连续观测,确定合龙段的合龙温度和放置温度分别为17℃和19℃。该桥已完成高精度合龙,合龙后主梁线形平顺,误差满足规范要求。
In the construction of Huayuan Street,cable cranes are used for the overall cantilever assembly of the steel truss beam sections,and the mid-span steel truss beams are constructed by using the swivel construction natural closure method.In the construction,the auxiliary stay cable tensioning method is used to adjust the posture of the closure section to meet the linear requirements of the closure section;the chord spacing,deck elevation,longitudinal axis,local temperature and chord temperature of the closure section of the steel truss is continuously observed in 48 hours.The closure temperature and the placement temperature of the closure section are determined to be 17°C and 19°C respectively.The bridge has completed high-precision closure,and the main beam is smooth after closure,and the error meets the specifications.
